About Us

Dams Furniture has been providing office furniture solutions
since the 1960’s. Now firmly established as one of the UK’s
leading full range manufacturers and suppliers of office furniture,
Dams remains a family run business employing over 370
people from their head office site in Knowsley, Merseyside.
For the last financial year, Dams achieved record
sales with turnover of £63.3 million (which is an
increase of 25.6% on the previous year’s turnover of
£50.4M) and Dams are one of the largest and most
profitable office furniture manufacturers in the UK.
Manufacturing
Dams UK manufacturing operations are
made up of a wood mill and upholstery
factory. Continuous investments in the latest
state-of-the-art manufacturing technology
and production facilities have given us
greater efficiencies and quality of product.
Systems
We launched a new ERP system called IFS
which is a cloud-based business software
solution that will help us to integrate
data and processes across multiple
departments, driving new levels of
efficiency in all areas of the business.
Distribution
The new 60,000 sq.ft. extension to our
warehouse and distribution centre became
fully operational, with an additional 5,000
pallet locations, which increased our storage
capacity of finished goods by 48%, taking the
total space for stock to over 185,000 sq.ft.
