All products that show this symbol are made to your specification and to order. It is our policy that once these products have been ordered they cannot be cancelled.
Seating guarantees
All seating products are guaranteed for a period related to the usage and the structural capability of the chair or soft seating. Regardless of usage, all seating products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, except for upholstery,

castors and mechanisms which are subject to usage
Fabrics not listed or customer supplied fabrics need to be approved before acceptance of orders. A pattern charge may apply to some fabrics. We reserve the right to reject fabric that we believe to be unsuitable for the product. We are unable to guarantee any product meeting fire regulations or standards which is supplied by a customer.
