Primary Storage

Primary storage is available as; pedestals (mobile, desk end or fixed options), filing cabinets, bookcases and corner storage units. Wooden primary storage is constructed from MFC. All MFC meets with British Standards 476 Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame as well as E1 European Standards on Formaldehyde Emissions. MFC board sourced from FSC Certified Supplier. Metal primary storage is constructed from 16 gauge steel.

The carcass and drawer made from 18/25mm MFC both with ABS edging in a choice of three finishes .

Lock

All pedestals and filing cabinets come complete with fully locking mechanisms .

Runners

Drawers utilise Metalbox drawer sides and 15mm base. Tested to BS 4847 completing 100,000 openings and a 34kg weight loading.

Filing

Drawer accepts lateral filers A4 or foolscap. Please see individual products for specifications.

16 Gauge (Metal)

Constructed from 16 gauge steel with fully welded joints and finished in Silver (RAL 9007).

Lock (Metal)

All Metal pedestals and filing cabinets are fully lockable

Runners (Metal)

Drawers utilise high end steel ball bearing runners with anti-tilt mechanism.

Castor

Two front locking castors and two non locking swivel castors, each has a weight load of approx 40Kg.
